Visual storytelling for conservation, community and education.

Conservation is about more than protecting wildlife. It is about the relationship between people, habitats and the natural world, and the communities working to safeguard them for future generations. Through documentary photography and visual storytelling, I work alongside conservation organisations, environmental projects and community groups to create authentic imagery that communicates the importance of their work and the impact it has on both wildlife and people.

Drawing upon my background in youth and community work, extensive experience within the voluntary sector and an understanding of effective communication, therefore, I can support your organisation by:

Translating complex environmental issues into engaging and accessible stories.

Creating compelling visual content to strengthen funding applications and demonstrate project value.

Documenting conservation activities and showcasing how project outcomes and objectives have been achieved.

Highlighting the relationship between people, wildlife and habitats, illustrating the importance of conservation work.

Recording the contribution of volunteers, staff and local communities whose efforts help sustain our natural environment.

I believe that effective conservation depends upon public understanding and engagement. Powerful visual storytelling can help organisations connect with wider audiences, inspire participation and demonstrate the lasting impact of their work.

Alongside conservation photography, my background in youth and community work enables me to understand the importance of building trust, developing relationships and communicating with diverse audiences.

Further collaboration includes:

Community engagement.

Environmental education and outreach.

Diversity and inclusion in participation.

Volunteer and community projects.

Heritage and conservation initiatives.

Project impact and legacy documentation.

By combining photography with storytelling and community engagement, my aim is to create meaningful visual narratives that celebrate conservation in action and support the organisations and people working to protect our natural world.
